All participants must have a valid U.S. passport that extends at least 90 days beyond the return date of the trip. Completion of CCL’s Connections Class is required. In general, we aim to build teams from those who are already actively and faithfully serving within a ministry at Calvary Chapel Lynchburg. While not mandatory, a recommendation from a CCL pastor, ministry leader, or home fellowship leader is strongly encouraged. It’s also helpful for applicants to have spiritual and practical giftings suited to the specific trip—such as teaching, evangelism, worship, personal ministry, helps, or mercy. Finally, participants should be physically able to manage the demands of international travel and the long days of ministry that often come with it.
Join a team of 8 women supporting Jason & Britny Havertape and MaryJune Hershberger in outreach and encouragement of young women in the faith through a 3-day women’s conference, personal ministry, and community evangelism.

Serve the church in Batumi as Pastor Jeff Fadness hands leadership to Viktar, a new local pastor. The team will participate in Bible studies, youth meetings, music ministry, outreach, and two Sunday services.
Team Size Goal: 6–8 from CCL (part of a 20-person international team)
Need: Worship leaders, teachers, encouragers, flexible servants
Two teams will travel together and serve in separate locations:
Team A: CC Community Church – Pastor Andy Castillo & Carmen Morrissey
Team B: The Access Center for Youth & Children – Jaydon & Maddie Mook
Each team needs 4–5 people ready to serve with joy, energy, and the love of Christ in a VBS setting.
