Born in Pennsylvania, Lissa spent most of her life between Western New York and Lancaster County, PA. At the age of six, she accepted Jesus as her savior and was baptized by her dad the next spring. After graduating with her BA from Lancaster Bible College, Lissa followed the Lord’s leading to attend Liberty University, earning her MA in History. She began attending Calvary Chapel Lynchburg in 2023 and was blessed to join the staff in 2026.
Favorite Verse:
Philippians 4.6-7 “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
These verses remind me that God has everything in control! He is the ultimate source of our peace.
