If you’re looking for a way to move your body, fellowship with other women, and have fun, this is the ministry for you! The Ladies Fitness Ministry will be adding new dates AND new fitness formats to our schedule. You will have the opportunity to try out new styles and classes to find what you like best. In addition to our normal Tuesdays at 6pm, we will be adding more times on Saturday mornings to accommodate those who can’t join in the evenings.
