We are excited you are interested in joining us for this journey to Israel! Below is important information regarding payments and trip details. PLEASE READ THIS MESSAGE IN ITS ENTIRETY.
Good news: Israel no longer requires COVID vaccination for entry into the country!
Itinerary:
Tuesday, March 7th through Friday, March 17th
Days 1 & 2 – Depart for Israel and transfer to hotel in Galilee
Day 3 – Tour Galilee, Capernaum, Chorazim, Mt. Arbel, Magdala
Day 4 – Golan Heights, Tel Dan, Caesarea Philippi, Mt. Hermon, Nimrod’s Castle
Day 5 – Beit Shean, Nazareth Jesus Village, Megiddo, Mt. Carmel, and free time on the Mediterranean beach
Day 6 – Caesarea, Joppa, Ayalon Institute, Tel Azekah, Bethlehem Overlook
Day 7 – Ein Gedi, Masada, Drive by Qumran, Abraham’s Tent
Day 8 – Temple Mount, City of David, Hezekiah’s Tunnel, Pool of Siloam, Temple Mount Sifting Project
Day 9 – Samaria, Drive by Beth-El, Shiloh, Mt. Gerazim/Ebal, Mt. of Olives, Palm Sunday Road, Garden of Gethsemane
Day 10 – Dead Sea Scrolls, Southern Steps, Antonia Fortress, Calvary & the Garden Tomb, and free time in Jerusalem
Day 11 – Depart Israel
Note:Good physical fitness, health, and mobility is important for this trip as there will be substantial distances covered by foot daily without long breaks. If your health is of concern, consider that this trip will include miles of walking each day over hilly terrain, and many hours standing at a time.
Pricing and Payments
The total price for the trip is $3680 per person. This includes your airfare (rates are subject to change), tour and hotel costs, full daily breakfast and dinner buffets, tour guide and bus. This cost does not include personal expenses, lunches, or trip insurance.
To secure your seat on this trip, complete your registration form and submit an initial deposit of $300.
***Please Note*** — ALL Payments must be made by cash or check and submitted directly to Calvary Chapel Lynchburg, including the initial deposit. If you are paying by check, make checks payable to “Calvary Chapel Lynchburg”, and put “Israel Trip 2023” as a memo. You can bring payment directly to the church office, or mail it to:

Refunds and Penalties:
If you need to cancel your trip, you must notify Calvary Chapel Lynchburg. CCL will notify Bible Land Tours.
Cancelations after November 7th, 2022 are charged a $400 penalty.
Cancelations after December 5th, 2022 are subject to airline, hotel, & tour penalties which may exceed 70% of cost.
Cancelations within 45 days of trip departure will be charged 100% of trip cost.
Passports:
You must have a valid passport that expires after September 18, 2023.
